By 2030, the six million inhabitants in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan, are at risk of facing severe water scarcity. In the face of this crisis, the government is seeking answers but is hampered by its depleted financial resources, which are as scarce as the water in Kabul’s reservoirs.
