The California parole board has refused to grant freedom to Erik Menendez after he exhibited poor behavior while incarcerated.

Two California commissioners refused to grant Menendez parole for a period of three years, making him eligible to apply again at a later time. His brother Lyle Menendez, who is detained in the same San Diego prison, is set to have his parole hearing on Friday morning.
