We examine the impact of Generation Z on the traditional notion of retirement. Millions of young workers are distancing themselves from conventional retirement plans, claiming that the current system does not align with today’s economic realities. Generation Z shows little interest in following the typical corporate ladder. Rather, they are creating their own career paths. However, the question remains whether they will ever be able to retire. Considering the rising costs, job insecurity, and economic uncertainty, traditional pensions feel outdated. Is Generation Z preparing for a lifetime of work?
