Euro Dips Amid Lowered Inflation Expectations in Eurozone for February

Inflation in the Eurozone dipped to 2.3% during February, accompanied by a core inflation figure of 2.6%, marking its lowest level since January 2022. France reported the lowest inflation rate among member countries at 0.9%, while Hungary recorded the highest with an inflation rate of 5.7%. On the currency markets, the euro weakened in advance of the Federal Reserve’s meeting scheduled for Wednesday.
