In early March, the EU executive introduced a five-point plan aiming to enhance defence capabilities and achieve military preparedness by 2030. In an exclusive interview with Euronews, EU defence commissioner Andrius Kubilius expressed his expectations that member states will utilize the options outlined in the plan rather than resorting to the issuance of additional joint debt.
