On Monday, a total of 68 new stars were given out by the Michelin Guide, with two French chefs receiving the highly sought-after third star. This brought the total number of 3-star restaurants in France to 31. The 2025 Michelin edition, revealed in Metz, also introduced nine new 2-star establishments, one of which is located in Bordeaux.
