On Wednesday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu unveiled the so-called “Morag Corridor,” proposing it would effectively isolate Rafah, a city in the southern region of Gaza that Israel had previously mandated for evacuation, from the remainder of the Gaza Strip.
