Tesla insider emerges triumphant in legal dispute with Elon Musk

An engineer who used to work for Tesla has won a legal battle against Elon Musk. The woman, Cristina Balan, lost her job after complaining about a safety concern related to the car’s braking. Tesla’s legal team argued her lawsuit against them for defamation was too late. But a higher court has overturned that decision, giving Balan permission to pursue her case against Musk and Tesla in court. Balan has testicular cancer and was worried she wouldn’t live to see her day in court. She told BBC News that she wants to confront Elon Musk in front of a jury. Munich corresponded in Geneva.
