A wildfire outbreak in Ocean County, New Jersey, prompted an exodus of residents from their homes as the fire aggressively spread. In response to the spreading flames, around 3,000 individuals were mandatory evacuated Tuesday evening, with an estimated 1,300 buildings placed at risk, according to fire officials. In a bid to control the fire’s progression, several major highways in its path were temporarily shut down. As of now, no fatalities have been reported in connection with the fire, though the origins of the blaze are still under investigation.
