Surpassing expectations, “Sinners,” a Warner Bros-produced vampire movie set in 1932, retained its grip on the box office in third place, adding $33 million in its third week. Additionally, “A Minecraft Movie” continued its remarkable run, grossing another $13.7 million, bringing its North American total close to $400 million and a worldwide total of $873.4 million. Meanwhile, “Rust,” the controversial film over the tragic on-set death of Halyna Hutchins, made a modest debut, grossing approximately $25,000 in its opening weekend.
