European foreign ministers, along with the EU’s chief diplomat, will convene with Abbas Araqchi, Iran’s representative, this Friday to attempt to rejuvenate diplomatic efforts concerning Iran’s nuclear activities. This meeting comes at a time when the United States is also considering the possibility of joining forces with Israel in potential strikes against Iran. Prior to these discussions, the E3 (comprising of the UK, France, and Germany) and the EU’s top diplomat have aligned their strategies with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
