Fighting:

– Despite a mutual agreement on avoiding strikes against energy facilities, Ukraine attacked two Russian energy installations within the past 24 hours.
– Ukraine’s Air Force indicates Russia launched 46 drones and an Iskander-M ballistic missile overnight, though nine drones were shot down and 31 were neutralized through electronic warfare.
