While extending an offer for discussions, he has also implemented stricter sanctions on Iran’s economy.
Currently, Tehran insists that it will not engage in talks under any coercive circumstances.
It was Trump who unilaterally withdrew the U.S. from the prior nuclear agreement, claiming it did not adequately address the issue.
Is there potential now for a diplomatic resolution that would be satisfactory to both parties?
