European space launch initiative has hit a snag as the test rocket, Spectrum, crashed shortly after liftoff. This was the first European orbital flight endeavor and was launched from a Norwegian spaceport by the German startup, Isar Aerospace. Although the rocket plunged back to Earth, the company maintained that the flight did achieve their expectations by providing valuable data within the first 30 seconds of its flight.
