Narrow Evacuation for Individual Struck by Peruvian Railway

A man in Peru miraculously survived being struck by a train while sleeping on the train tracks, according to local authorities. Surveillance footage captures the incident where the man is seen lying motionless before a slowly moving cargo train comes into contact with him. After the collision, the man manages to stand up shortly afterwards in Lima.

As per the statements of local official General Javier Avalos, the man was apparently intoxicated, which led to him falling asleep on the tracks and failing to sense the approaching train. Surprisingly, the man only sustained minor injuries to his left arm, for which he was promptly taken to the hospital for treatment.

However, there might be slight variations in the phrasing or sentence structure to make it sound more coherent and natural.
