Lalo Schifrin, the renowned Argentine musician and influential film composer, passed away at the age of 93, as reported by various media outlets in the United States. Schifrin, known for his work on the “Mission: Impossible” theme music and other iconic films, was also a highly acclaimed pianist and conductor.

In addition to his cooperation with legendary actors such as Steve McQueen and Clint Eastwood, Schifrin’s composition for the original “Mission: Impossible” TV series can be considered his most notable work. His father was the concertmaster of the capital’s Philharmonic Orchestra, introducing Schifrin to classical music from a young age.
