Dmitry Peskov, the Kremlin spokesperson, stated that Trump’s decision to suspend military aid was a positive development that could lead to a peace process in Ukraine.European leaders quickly expressed their support for Zelenskyy and Ukraine, with the EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen proposing a new defense plan. However, questions remain about the effectiveness of such measures without US assistance.
