Additionally, Washington agreed to resume military aid and intelligence sharing with Ukraine. Trump has expressed readiness to welcome Zelenskyy back to the White House and may speak to Putin later in the week. The US and Ukraine will also finalize a minerals deal soon. European leaders cautiously welcome the progress while Russia downplays the meeting’s importance.
