In a letter addressed to Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban and acquired by Euronews, the President of the European Council, Antonio Costa, recognized disagreements regarding the strategy to secure peace in Ukraine. Nevertheless, he emphasized the importance of the EU providing ‘strong security guarantees’ for the nation.
