European Union countries have postponed the decision concerning their 2040 objectives from this week’s ministers’ meeting to the upcoming leaders’ summit in October. However, there is significant disagreement among them regarding the essential 2035 objectives that need to be established prior to the COP30 conference in Brazil, scheduled for November.
