You’re missing out if you’ve never heard of the Nuits de Fourvière festival, one of Europe’s richest and most thrilling events.
Taking place every summer among the ruins of a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Théâtre Antique de Fourvière, this festival stands out with its unique location and diverse lineup.
This year’s festival, running from 2 June to 26 July, continues the tradition with performances by Kraftwerk, The Kills, Kool & The Gang, Chilly Gonzales, and The Libertines, alongside various circus, magic, and theatre acts.

Fontaines D.C.
When? 9 June
Following the success of their album ‘Romance,’ which was among our favorite albums of 2024, the Dublin quintet Fontaines D.C. is set to perform in Lyon. Known for their exciting and innovative sound, seeing them live is an opportunity not to be missed.
Cirque Queer

Cirque Queer, since its formation in 2020, has become renowned for its joyfully exuberant shows that reimagine circus and freak show traditions. Their performance under a big top on the stunning Place de la Croix-Rousse is a highlight of this year’s festival.
Clara Luciani

French singer-songwriter Clara Luciani, known for her work in the rock band La Femme, returns to the Nuits de Fourvière. Her albums have cemented her as a promising voice in French pop, making her a must-see at this vibrant moment in her career.
