Member countries of the EU form list of US products to target as retaliation for US tariffs

Member countries agreed on a list of retaliatory measures worth €93 billion against American products a result of the US tariffs implemented by Thursday. However, the European Commission still needs to make its move. It will only take effect on August 7th in the event that no agreement is made between the two parties.
