During the upcoming week, it is anticipated that allies will pledge to allocate approximately 3.5 percent of their GDP towards “hard defense,” covering provisions for weapons and troops. Additionally, a further 1.5 percent will be dedicated to defense-related investments, encompassing areas such as cybersecurity and military mobility.
