Ukraine reports that Russia carried out 74 drone attacks overnight from Tuesday into Wednesday, resulting in the death of one person and injuries to eight others in separate incidents.
The Ukrainian air force intercepted 41 of the drones, while 20 decoy drones lost radar contact, as stated on their Telegram channel.
The Donetsk and Odesa regions were also targeted during the assault, as confirmed by Ukrainian officials.
The Regional Governor of Kharkiv, Ihor Terekhov, stated in a social media post that 15 Russian drone strikes hit the city, injuring eight individuals, including three children.
These attacks led to fires and significant damage to houses and industrial buildings.
Additionally, the Governor of the Zaporizhzhia region disclosed on his Telegram channel that over the past 24 hours, Russia conducted 459 strikes on nine settlements in the area.
In response, Russia’s Ministry of Defence accused Ukraine of launching two attacks on energy infrastructure, violating a partial ceasefire agreement that prohibits strikes on the power grid.
