In a rare occurrence that has only taken place twice in its existence, the Polar Music Prize has been awarded to three acts simultaneously. Queen, Herbie Hancock, and Barbara Hannigan are the recipients of this esteemed accolade, also referred to as the “Nobel Prize of Music”.
