A London-based punk-rap duo, Bob Vylan, is under fire for anti-Israel chants at Glastonbury Festival. The group, known for their fusion of punk, rap, and alternative music, sparked controversy during their high-energy set, where they repeatedly chanted “Death to the IDF” and “Free Palestine,” inciting the festival audience to join in. Bobby Vylan, the group’s lead singer, also shouted “Free, Free, Free Palestine,” urging the crowd to repeat the chant. Vylan subsequently altered the chant to “Hell yeah, from the river to the sea. Palestine must be, will be inshallah, it will be free,” further energizing the chanting. The content became a viral sensation on social media, leading to British police reviewing videos to determine if a criminal investigation is needed.
