U.K. Foreign Secretary David Lammy received a written warning from the Environment Agency for fishing without a proper license, an essential requirement for anyone over 13 fishing in freshwater in the country. The agency didn’t disclose whether Vance had a license due to privacy concerns. If fined, Lammy would have faced a penalty of nearly $4,000. Lambert had invited Vance and his family to his estate in London, where they participated in a photo op at a nearby river and held a bilateral meeting to discuss international issues.
