President Donald Trump and Secretary of State Marco Rubio secured a “wonderful” treaty between Rwanda and Congo on Friday as Pakistan formally nominated him for the 2026 Nobel Peace Prize.Trump said representatives from Rwanda and Congo will be in Washington next Monday to sign documents.
