A three-party coalition, uniting Austria’s centre right, centre left, and liberals, was officially inaugurated on Monday after enduring five months of intense negotiations. The far-right Freedom Party, which had secured just under 30 percent of the vote in the previous year’s elections, had failed to establish its own coalition arrangement.
