A second child has tragically died from measles in southwestern Texas, according to officials, marking the second such occurrence since late February after almost a decade without any cases in the US. This unfortunate incident has come to light as a total of 642 confirmed cases of measles have been reported across 22 states. Disturbingly, the vast majority of these cases involve individuals who have not been vaccinated against the disease.
