Could DOGE Challenge the UN's Operations?


Hugh Dugan, a former American diplomat, is taking the lead in an initiative to “DOGE” the United Nations. Dugan’s team is currently exploring strategies to make the international organization more cost-effective. This comes at a time when the UN is already facing liquidity challenges, with more cuts being announced on a regular basis.
