A 20-year-old French inmate, who was reportedly seen escaping by concealed in a suitcase carried by a fellow prisoner released last week, was apprehended on Monday near the city of Lyon, as confirmed by the prosecutors. The arrest was made in the early hours of Monday when the escapee was found emerging from a basement. The prosecutors further mentioned that his accomplice has not been identified and remains at large.
