US President Donald Trump announced he would sideline Ukraine and its European as the US and Russian delegations prepare to meet in Saudi Arabia on Tuesday to carry out bilateral talks on ending the war in Ukraine: “Defense spending will no longer be treated as excessive spending,” said Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk.
