Federal appeals court declares numerous of Trump’s international tariffs to be unlawful

The United States Appellate Court ruled that President Donald Trump exceeded his authority when he implemented emergency powers to enforce comprehensive global tariffs. The court deemed these tariffs unlawful, yet they will remain in effect until mid-October. In response, Trump declared his intention to contest this verdict at the Supreme Court.
