At the Indian Ocean island of La Réunion, at least four people have died as a result of a devastating cyclone. The cyclone, named Garance, caused destruction across the overseas French territory on Friday, uprooting trees, tearing off roofs, and flooding streets and buildings. According to officials, some 120,000 homes are still without electricity.
