The German startup Isar Aerospace has postponed a test flight for its Spectrum orbital launch vehicle, which was scheduled to take place in Norway. The cancellation is attributed to inauspicious wind conditions. The Spectrum, a two-stage launch vehicle, is designed to be the first orbital launch to take off from within Europe.
