Three weeks after the ceasefire in Ukraine, military officials and NATO leaders from 30 countries are meeting in Paris today to consider security provisions for Ukraine. This meeting is part of wider efforts to bolster Europe’s defense systems and decrease its dependence on the United States, especially considering changing alliances under the leadership of President Trump.
