Thursday, French President Emmanuel Macron is hosting a summit for European leaders and Ukraine’s Volodymyr Zelensky. The objective of the summit is to enhance Ukrainian security in anticipation of a potential ceasefire with Russia. Clovis Casali from FRANCE 24 reports that the meeting aims to determine the security guarantees that Europe can provide Ukraine once an agreement is reached on a ceasefire to put an end to the ongoing three-year-long conflict.
