The recent SpaceX mission, in collaboration with NASA, brought four astronauts to the International Space Station. The purpose of this mission was a crew swap, enabling Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams the opportunity to return home after spending nine months at the lab. Olivier Sanguy, Head of Space News at Cité de l’Espace, stated that Butch Wilmore was not stranded but had an extended mission. He further mentioned that both Butch and Sunita Williams were prepared for the situation.
