An NGO in Ukraine is drawing attention to the experiences of people in regions under Russian occupation. They have recorded multiple incidents of human rights abuses, such as unlawful detentions, enforced disappearances, torture, and unfair trials. These violations are suffered by civilians in Crimea and eastern Ukraine, not just soldiers.
