Four Palestinians were fatally wounded in separate occurrences in the occupied West Bank on Wednesday, according to the Palestinian health ministry. Among them was a 15-year-old boy who was reportedly shot dead by Israeli forces. The incident took place in the northern West Bank town of Al-Yamoun. Additionally, three other unnamed individuals lost their lives during a different confrontation in the southern village of Kafr Malik.
