The government of Daraa province in southern Syria reported that nine civilians lost their lives and multiple others were wounded due to Israeli airstrikes, which occurred subsequent to an “Israeli incursion”. In retaliation, the Israeli military announced on Thursday that they had defended against an armed assault during a separate operation and claimed to have neutralized various combatants through ground and aerial bombardments.
