As the Trump administration follows through on its promise to engage with Moscow on its own terms, European leaders are scrambling to support Ukraine and rethink their defense strategy. We’ll discuss the fallout from the Munich Security Conference, where the U.S. vice president warned Europe that Washington would act unilaterally and criticized Germany’s ruling party for refusing to govern with a far-right faction ahead of next Sunday’s election.
