The Return of IAEA Inspectors to Iran Does Not Signal a Full Recovery of Nuclear Cooperation

According to a statement from Iran, the return of IAEA inspectors does not signify a complete restoration of cooperation, which was temporarily halted following the Israeli and US attacks in June. Rafael Grossi, the head of the IAEA, confirmed that inspectors have commenced work at the Bushehr nuclear site located in southwestern Iran. This marks the first visit by inspectors since Tehran decided to suspend its cooperation with the IAEA last month.
