British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, on March 15th, announced the formation of a ‘coalition of the willing’ consisting of Western countries. This group aims to devise strategies for aiding Ukraine in securing its territory, both on land, at sea, and in the air, should a peace agreement with Russia be reached.
