Military officials from approximately 30 countries in Europe and beyond were scheduled to convene on Thursday at a military base near London to elaborate on strategies for an international peacekeeping task force for Ukraine. This comes shortly after UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer announced that the so-called “coalition of the willing” initiative was transitioning into an “operational phase”.
