Ukraine Accuses Russia of Drone Attacks Despite Calls for Truce

Ukraine’s capital, Kyiv, reported that Russia launched an overnight attack using more than 100 Shahed drones and decoy drones. This comes after Moscow declined a 30-day ceasefire proposal but expressed willingness to participate in peace negotiations without any preconditions. The Kremlin has not responded to President Zelenskyy’s invitation for direct talks with Russian President Putin in Turkey on Thursday.
