Ukraine and Russia trade accusations over stalled prisoner exchange

A significant prisoner exchange between Russia and Ukraine, which was the only tangible result of peace negotiations, was cast into uncertainty on Saturday after both Moscow and Kyiv accused each other of slowing down and undermining the exchange. During talks in Istanbul on Monday, both Kyiv and Moscow reached an agreement to release all wounded soldiers and individuals under the age of 25 who had been captured, amounting to over 1,000 people on each side.
