Ukraine and the United States have come to a mutual understanding regarding a comprehensive economic agreement, which will cover the extraction of rare earth minerals, according to three high-ranking Ukrainian officials who revealed this information on Tuesday. One of these officials stated that Kyiv anticipates that the formalization of this agreement will guarantee ongoing military assistance from the United States, which is considered critical for Ukraine’s current needs.
