Russia targeted the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv, the second largest in the country, with an extensive drone attack on Wednesday night. The assault resulted in the injury of nine people and inflicted significant destruction to the area, according to FRANCE 24 correspondent Catherine Norris-Trent. Concurrently, a summit of European leaders, which has President Volodymyr Zelensky in attendance, is underway in Paris. The summit is being hosted by French President Emmanuel Macron.
